SBK-3000 Modular Manifold System
The AcroISO SBK-3000 modular manifold system incorporates 55mm wide modules with 1"FIP/1.5"MIP main connections and 0.75"MIP branch/loop connections. Features & benefits of the AcroISO SBK-3000 system:
- Glass fibre reinforced plastic modules are resistant to corrosion and ageing
- Modules are designed with an integrated air chambers for self-insulation
- Operate across a wide temperature range of –20°C to +90°C
- Can be used in systems with an operating pressure of up to 10-bars
- Optimised module geometry leads to exceptionally low pressure drops
- Just four basic components allowing manifolds to be easily built on-site
- Main connection can be made on left or right as required
- Modules are reversible and can be installed face-up or down
- Individual modules are sealed by O-rings; all pipe connections are made of brass
- Flow modules are red and return modules are blue
- For use with water or water-glycol mixtures

The simple 4-step SBK-3000 installation procedure:
- Cut metal rods to length and insert into main connector block
- Slip on individual modules, ensuring O-ring is positioned correctly
- Install end plate with plastic cover facing inside
- Tighten nuts to hold modules in place.
