Lacaze Energies packaged plate heat exchangers are instantaneous or semi-instantaneous domestic hot water production systems.

Each compact pre-assembled package incorporates a high performance stainless steel gasket heat exchanger, combined with the appropriate control, safety and regulation devices required for maximum performance and long-term reliability.

The pre-set control panel, with LCD display, allows the system to operate without any user input; though if necessary, operating settings can be adjusted. All models incorporate fault alarms and an anti-Legionella programme.

The Lacaze Energies standard range of packaged plate heat exchangers has power ratings between:

• 20kW and 1,350kW.

Lacaze Energies packaged heat exchange systems can be combined with a buffer vessel for semi-instantaneous hot water production. This type of system is particularly suited to applications where demand is not constant but there are high peak flows (e.g. hospitals, hote ls and sports centres). The inclusion of a buffer vessel in the system allows peak demands to be met without the need for excessively high boiler ratings or large heat exchangers.
