AcroISO offer Lacaze Energies' range of Immersed Compact Tube (ICT) heaters incorporating industrial pre-mix gas burners. The range includes four models with power outputs of 120 kW to 540 kW. AcroISO ICT heaters are designed for the efficient heating and temperature control of liquids. Possible applications include:

• Agri-Food Industry: Scalding tanks, tunnel washers, food fryers and cleaning stations
• Process Treatment Industry: degreasing baths, stripping baths, anodising baths and treatment tunnels
• Textiles Industry: Wool washing and dying tanks
• Chemical & Other Industries: Heating and temperature holding of tanks and vats

Lacaze Energies immersed compact tube heaters incorporate a stainless steel burner body, fed with air by a turbine and with pressurised gas. The air and the gas are perfectly mixed to produce an efficient flame. The combustion gases are conveyed along a stainless steel tube that is immersed in the liquid to be heated. Sensors start and stop the burner dependent on the temperature of the liquid.
